how you going fellas just wondering whats the minimum leafs that can be run on the zook, i was thinking instead of me going back to standard springs, i could just remove some leafs, therefore lowering it, smoother ride, more flex also it will be longer than standard.. pleas correct me if I'm wrong

You're SPOA yes? You'll need 4 leaves all round as a starting point, but I wouldn't be surprised if you needed 5.
SPOA needs more spring rate than SPUA to control the extra leverage.
We've run some SPUA cars with 3 OME leaves and they're too soft - axle wrap becomes a problem.
Have a look at what NIK is doing with reversed eyes to lower the overall height without going to soft to locate the axle.

You mean reversed eyes as in like the Trail Tough Bonz-Eye ones...? Wouldn't mind a set like that but with no lift in them basically sitting flat...wrench, wheel, wreck repeat..

Well I tried it 
Yes like a homemade version of the bonz eye spring.
My shackle angle is too much so the spring hits the shackle, but I think with a closer to vertical shackle and if you measured correctly so that with the reverse main height equaled the stock main at dead flat it might work.
Hope that makes sense, I tried to run the reverse main dead flat to get it as low as possible (check out pic in "reseting springs") but if you had enough "lift" in it to match a flat normal spring it mightend bind and mayride a bit better than a flat stocker too.
Just a though tho Imay be wrong, I gave it a shot as I had spare springs and a pipe bender sitting there.
Another thought my shackle angle is so much so that with my collection of spare springs (zuk rears) some cause it the shackle to lay flat maybe I used those slightly longer ones for my experiment?
