I think what Guts is asking is,"what is the park entry fee for competitors?"
Do competitors get a discount.
Well I think that's what he's asking ;)

tuff tracks

Post by purplebus »

gday guys havent been to a tuff tracks before. as far as comp goes what type of format is it.eg drive only-no winching etc.. loved the all terrain so if it is driving tracks through the park etc without winching thinking this would be heaps of fun. my winch is v..e...r...y.....s....l....o.....w.. but is an excellent get out of jail free card.

Dude that's good news! It's bad enough trying to get a truck in there let only when the place is full of water! That first hill with the wash out just after the gate is BAD!

I have been advised that Landcruiser will have a list of all paid up competitors and only people who are on this list will receive free entry into the park. If you are definately competiting but have not sent in your entry form and payment then PM me and I will add your name to the list. However if your name is on the list and, for some reason you are unable to compete, you will need to pay the normal park fees. The list will be cross referenced with the competition entries.

Also it is only the competition car which receives free entry. Normal park fees apply to any tow cars (trucks exempt). You are more than welcome to leave your tow car at the office.

Please do not post entries form to the club from this day onwards as they may not be received in time.

Thankyou

Just got off the phone to Landcruiser. They have said that all competitors get free entry for Saturday and Sunday night (which includes Monday). Anyone competitors coming on Friday or Friday night will need to pay one nights entry ($35). If you have any questions either PM me or phone Landcruiser Park.

This is bullshit, even tho the tow car stays in camp with the trailer hooked up the whole weekend.
I'm going too leave the front shaft at home and say its a 2wd.

Why can you have a truck get in free but not tow rig?? These guys change all the time. We are given them spectators for the weekend. That should be good enough.
I waz going to keep my mouth shut this time but this is bull.

As stated by Landcruiser, they change for a tow car (4x4) because it will probably be used around the park. Obviously trucks cannot be used in this respect. This is the difference. If you have any questions ring Landcruiser and make the arrangements with them. They may be able to come to some arrangement.

entry fee

Post by huub »

www.ripoff.com
isnt that why we get sticker on car so can see if driven in park or not
i agree we as a club give them plenty of bussiness even if we would drive the car in the park so woopie doe we are still there foremost to compete and let them make some money
i think driver and navi should be free including comp and tow vehicle
otherwise maybee look at diffrent options next time
my 2 cents worth
