1 Do you mean the axle will not come out of the diff housing

2 Or how to remove and reinstall a cv and axle

If number 1 you may have a bent diff housing

I had two cut my axle housing long side tube all the way around with a grinder and split in 2 two

Just to remove my axle When I bent my diff housing so Being a GU
it will be cheeper to get it straighten up if its bent Which I hope its not

Good luck with it

No wonder that GU front housing was cheap Deano - it's bent - I'd return it & get your money back. Straightening it will cost you more overall than buying a straight one.

depends on where its bent i just had a housing straightened and braced for 350 but if its bent in the narrow neck bust before the bell throw it away. to get my cv out i took all of the studs out of the center and used a couple of levers and a slide hammer on the cv, took bout 2 hrs but it came out.
