You need to look at what your limitation is going to be, its not just the physical size that is the limit for tyre size. Perhaps provide a bit more infomation and try searching the diathatsu pages first.

Its not a one size fits all answer... I agree with nebivedu 30's are probably about ideal - 31s can touch if the vehicle is used hard off road, but you havn't mentioned the rim offset - if your running lots of negative offset then touching the firewall will be more of an issue.
A hidden question is also that of gearing - the Feroza's lousy transfer ratio takes a big hit when you start going up in tyre size, once again 31's get the ratios a bit too tall for serious driving.
Your also going to have to crank up the front bars ( or something ) to get clearance - another big hurt for its off road perfprmance.
