the seat in my lwb seems to sit a little higher as theres no where for passengers to put there feet in a lwb. in shortys the passengers put there feet down underneath the front seats. But to answer you question they should mount in the same positions.

Will the seat will bolt in ? Yes

Are they the same ? No

The LWB seat is mounted mid way in the tray for more leg room, therefor to allow the seat to fold up to sit against the front seats the mount is higher to increase the swing of the mount. A LWB has a high roof soft top to allow for the higher seated position.
