good patrol wrecker in Adledaide?

Hi, iam looking to source a couple of bits for my MQ. Just wondering if anyone knows where the better wreckers are here, as iam new to Adelaide.

I prefer the places where you go into a yard with yourown tool box and strip the parts you need.

Not too many let you dismantle yourself but most will let you look.
