Superior long arms

Post by Tomo_89 »

Interested in getting a set and just wondering who on here has them and what are they like to fit. sounds pretty straight foward.. just weld in the mounts and bolt it up but are there any issues with getting them both in identical positions etc so the diff sits square? any info would be greatly appreciated

cheers

as for getting it square, measure 5 times off a certain point on the chassis that is EXACTLY the same on the other chassis rail.

BUT talk to mick or brian at superior. they will be happy to explain it too you if there is a trick too it.

if you can score another set of mounts, mick sells them with a jig to set them up. Then all you do is drop out the front of the old link, bolt in the jig and the new mount and weld it up, remove jig adn cut off the old mount and bolt in the new links!!!

As for whos running them , there are quite a few winch guys with them (eg robbie marshall). and Micks gq that was in last years tufftruck has a set.
