Post by bowtie landie »

Does anyone know what the procedure is for resetting the 'service light' on a D40?

Thanks

afaik the same tool you use to read the codes resets it.
i think disconnecting the battery for a while will reset the ECU.

btw is that service light or error light ?
you doing your own servicing ? there is a few things you need to use the code reader to reset a few things when doing your own servicing.
