Bee, my understanding is that because sierras built prior to the Side Intrusion ADR are ok
That said it must be done in a safe manner (no sharp or protruding edges)

But your in QLD where changing hubcaps is a defect

I use my half doors when its warm enough and not too dusty and never ever been looked at by the law.
These were Drover doors that didn't have the window frame from the start.

I looked into this and half doors, tube doors, etc are legal as long as you use a adr aproved burst lock such as the standard zook door lock

I'd probably sell them but they cost a bit to buy and convert including the high density foam and vinyl interior covering.
Send me a PM and we might be able to work something out.

Robbo,

You live in brisbane. Why do you even own doors?

Take them off already.

il post up some pix of mine tonight, i have never been hasseld by the law for running them

but what fool said is right "sierras built prior to the Side Intrusion ADR are ok
That said it must be done in a safe manner (no sharp or protruding edges)"

this goes for 40 series and early jeep too, however these come with factory half doors
Zooks are for people that aren't afraid of angles and who have nothing to compensate for

i got the OK from the RTA in sydney to run my suzuki on the road without doors, cause no intrusion bars, non structial bolt on and raised sills, they said it would be prefered to have some kind of strap to stop you falling out. but not "must have" cause of seat belts, but it is wild on the track with out them! ive had a few close ones from sticks when it has a lay down
