Hi,
I have an 84 Toyota 4runner with heavy duty lifted leaf springs all round. The front ones are starting to sag and the rear now sit flat when loaded.
I have heard of people putting Holden (gemini, wb or hq maybe?) coil springs between the bumpstops to regain height and assist the leaf springs especially when loaded, has anyone tried this and had any success/failures or opinions on it?
Due to cash constraints I was hoping to avoid it but any ideas on how much it would cost to just get the springs re-set?
Cheers,
