engine spark problems
hey guys have some problems with getting spark to start my rodeo its a 2.6 petrol tf.it just stopped up at lcmp i didnt hit any water just abit of mud not that much i can get spark to one side of the coil but not down to the dizzy side i tryed another coil but it done the same thing just seeing if any one had any ideas of what it could be thank you
suprise cockface its a rodeo
If you have spark from the coil and none from the dizzy, check/ replace the ignition lead from the coil to the dizzy and check the dizzy cap for damage and that the little spring loaded carbon button in the middle of it that contacts the rotor arm is still there and under spring tension and contacts the rotor.
Check the dizzy isnt full of water/mud or has ANY condensation inside the cap.
