firstly my old 60 seires jumps out og high rang gear every now and then , any ideads on that?

also at the rear of the gear box where there rear tail shaf bolts to seem to be leaking oil still, i have already replaced the oil seals twice any ideas???

Do you have a an equalising pressure line between the gearbox and transfer?

It is made up from brass 10mm bsp fittings and allows a transfer of fluid between box and transfer, the leak from the rear could be normal pressure build up on the new seals...............maybe. :?:

on your transfer top lhs there is a nut (19mm ?) rerove it and under the nut is a spring . strech the spring . this should fit your problems.
there is also another spring on the front output shaft housing. give it a strech to....

there is a ball bearing sitting under the springs . check the ball bearing for wear ...
