I have just purchased a PWR air to water intercooler kit barrel type and i am planning on putting it on my gu td42 with dts turbo system. Has anyone done this if so what other parts were needed induction bends silicon hose ect ect pics would be great

surley if you have the kit it on you it should make it easy to work out where and what bends and brakets are required

Im about to mount a PWR 6" x 10 " water to air in the next few weeks or so ill post some pics of the bracket im making, got to get some things laser cut and order some aluminium bends and ill start hooking in!!!

I too would be very interested in this, seen as though yours is a GU also. Thinking of putting an intercooler on mine and the extra ideas and pictures would be great.

Will be keeping an eye on this tread :)

seems to sound a fair bit different and goes a bit harder i think a dyno tne will help it has never had one i live in weipa so i have to drive down to cairns to get one but should bee soon

Rotated the barrel around 90 degrees today to remove any air locks that might have been in there just used some 90 degree heater hose bends of a car wreck here are some pics
