Well done to all the Qld boys - especially Willy & Chris - first outing in the new truck and Will even had to go to hospital Thursday night with an inner ear infection - Chris must've been yelling too much :-)

AVAERROLD wrote: HOW DOES THIS WORK
YESTERDAY I THINK IT WAS STAGE 11 ROB GETS TO MUD SECTION NEAR END OF STAGE , 7 CARS IN FRONT TRYING TO GET THROUGH ROB HELPS OTHERS AND THEN SOMEONE ASKS AN OFFICIAL IF THEY CAN BREAK THE BUNTING TO WIDEN THE ENTRY INTO THE MUD SECTION. THEY GET THE OK AND TAKE A BUNTING PENELTY WITH OTHER CARS AS WELL SO THEY DONT DNF, WHILE ROB STILL HELPS OTHER CARS HE THEN DNFS FOR RUNNING OUT OF TIME.

FAIR I DONT THINK SO
Maybe you should check why the DNF was really given to him, it was not about the time.

The course was designed to enter through a gate, those that did enter the gate then broke the bunting were penalised but no DNF. Those that did not enter the gate and just broke the bunting had four wheels out the couse and DNF.
Yes it was unfortunate for him with all the help that he gave others he DNF, but it was not to do with time or bunting, he knows why.

Thanks Rudi and Hobzee for a great event, well done QLD (cough cough)

Thanks to all the marshalls and everyone that helped put the event on, the food was great.

We learnt heaps from our first cliffhanger and have already booked in for next year.
