Hi guys,

Bit of a noob here, quick question, i am wanting to know what i will have to do to my (i think around) 85 mdl hilux axles to run 37"s without severe breakage.
or whether ill have to do anything?

You will want to put a set of Chromo 30 spline Bobby Long Axles and Cv's in. And if you want to go the extra step put a set of chromo hub gears in or drive flanges.

Add to that some rear axels from McNamara Diffs.

4.7 case gears won't hurt aswell on longfeld output shaft. What engine is it/will it be running

Sorry mate i don't think i understand, do you mean t/case gears?
If so the axles are under a zook running a ca18det.

Was thinking it was a lux but its only the diffs :oops: if your running zook transfer case get some decent rockhopper gears if you don't have them already.

Some bracing/gusseting around the knuckles especially may be a good idea if you're planning on running deep offset rims.

Good point bog breath a lot of people are going stronger biger badder and are starting to bend the knuckles good cheap insurance the diff gussets and barcing.
