Wow! What sort of turbo/intercooler setup are you running? Is it all custom? TD42? What figures are you getting?

So many questions I know ;)

EDIT: I just realized it is a TB42 not a diesel..... saw the ignition leads.... :? ;)

Pretty sure its a diesel, no throttle body and there looks to be the Diesel fuel filter/hand pump in the background?

Yeh is pretty neat set up. Engine was built by Brett (bluie) at custom offroad. Is GU td42 block, gt35 hybrid turbo plus every thing else that bluie thru at it. Dont know who he got to do the alloy work but very happy with the way it turned out. Back from work in a week and going driving so will get more pics then. I have a HP figure from the when it was in the other ute but dont know about in mine, so im not going to throw numbers out there. Will get it dynoed when i get the chance. But can tell u its bloody quick and shocked couple boys in the lancer's haha. :D

looks like ARE on the cooler. Looks like Heaths old kit, if not very similar.

Nice work, it will definately handle the business.

Yeh is same as heaths old motor. Came from an outback challange ute owned by a bloke called Ian but have had it rebuilt after a mishap with at bad alternator and turned the boost down a bit. Was little bit silly at 30psi.

Ahh so it is a diesel..... great stuff!

I thought I saw ignition leads there..... but as someone allready mentioned, there is a lift pump on the filter and no throttle body. Didn't notice that at the first glance :?

Would be great to see some figures mate!

I think you saw the water lines below the intercooler core confusing them for leads.

Ian Paltridge's old motor out of the white GU that just won cliffhanger. Nice upgrade from that motor (which I heard from bluey was a rocket) to a blown 6.0LTR pumping 700+hp...

Yeh thats the truck. Bluie was saying he put some huge engine in it now with 700hp. This motor is more than enough for my street ute.
