large tyres on a 4" lift?

I think it was here I was reading that somone had 38" tsl's on there rig with only a 4" lift, I havent been able to find it again ( havnt really looked aswell, im lazy) what would be the biggest tyre I could go as I have a 4" lift as well on my hilux, also what width wheel could i put on?
