I am jsut about to chuck my longs in and noticed they are already greased...

Do i need to put more grease in them or is it enuf??? and if i need more wat sort should it be???

Bobby does a good job on greasing them. But if you can smoosh more in there then do it. I use a molly grease.

I've always used the LMM in CV's, but the red stuff in the longs is different - anyone care to make a claim as to which would be better? I'm sure leaving the red stuff in isn't going to cause any problems, just feels wrong pumping the rest of the housing full of black shit :D

The nulon extreme grease (RED) works real good in the housing and is good in the CVs aswell
