MQ 308 SWB Economy - What to expect?

Post by 84mksd33t »

hi guys,

looking a buying a swb with a 308, recond head and holley carby. diesel is costing me $140 for around 75l...and i get about 500ks from that on 35's from the sd33t. i do around 450-500ks every 2-3 weeks.

petrol would cost me $115 to 120$ a tank.

What are you guys with 308s getting out of a tank just plodding around? 4 sp or 5 sp? Highway or city.

Weighing up my fuel costs...diesel is now 35c a litre more than standard petrol.

Thanks.

Cody
