Post by siklux »

I have the older style arb locker switches in my hilux. They keep getting sticky and i want to change em, will the newer rocker style switch connect straight up to the same wiring plug??

you can just cut off whatever is there now and crimp on spade connectors to use the newer switches. you can use any switch really, there is nothing special about them except the jazzy little diff lock symbol.

Bright when parkers are on, even brighter when engaged. Distractingly bright! I'm surprised ARB makes them so bright/doesn't rig them into dimmer circuit - they could be considered dangerous by some litigious pricks/lawyers (same thing?).

my locker switches are mounted low where i look down on them so they're not distracting. But if they are mounted at eye level or higher i imagine they would be a major distraction when turned on at night.

Bogged, those are pretty cool
