Rocky 2.8 Turbo Diesel Good for towing
Hey Guy I am a noob to offroading and a nood to rocky's although I am a mad Daihatsu Nut having owned over 10 Charades in 4 years (Sick I Know)
anyway my question is I have a G100 Daihatsu Charade GTti (twin cam 3cyl turbo) Rally car that is just abouth finish and I am looking for something small to use as a second car and that is capable of towing my Charade to the track
1. Car weight 800kg (no interior or sound deading but has cage)
2. Single axel trailer 3-400kg (better for my small backyard and eaier to move/Ligher)
3. Spare Wheels, tools Ect 100-200kg
= around 1500kg
What are the Rockys like as runarounds / occasional offroading (getting fire wood, parts hauler a few runs through anglesea in VIC ect)
and once loaded what do they tow like, Fuel econamy
and not to mention how good it would look pulling up to an event towing a daihatsu with a Daihatsu all stickered up
any info would be great. Oh buy the way the charde is claimed to make 170fw/HP on 30psi with antilag
