Hi Guys,
I was wondering if an MK triton with 6g72 24valve 3.0 v6 motor would have the SAME transfer case as an NG pajero with 6g72 12valve 3.0 v6 motor. My father in law with the MK, his triton wont stay in low range gear - if you keep power to it its ok but as soon as you back off it pops out. I have a spare transfercase and before removing his wondering if they are the same ?!? any help would be fantastic.

oh forgot to add both are auto
