To cut a long story short:
I recently drowned my zook for the second time in as many months.
Now the car is extremely hard to start cold, but runs as good as ever once running.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Wes.

Damn zook!
Wes,
I'd check the coil. Sounds like an electrical problem. Try to swap it over with a mate's or something to test whether it makes a difference when the engine is cold.
Also, check that you don't have any water in your fuel tank that could be causing havoc. When you drive through deep enough water or get stuck in it, the breather tube on the tank tends to suck up water even if the engine is not running due to the difference in temperature between the fuel in the tank and the water, which is usually colder.
Hope this helps !
