Sorry for my ignorance and laziness, but what fuel filter do i need on my 1fzfe and where is it in the engine bay?

not sure on the part number. any auto parts store should be able to give you the right one.

as for location, its a pain in the arse to get to. Its located under the intake manifold on the passenger side of the vehicle.

It has a banjo fitting either end of it if i remember correctly with little copper washers. You will need patience.

Also, be careful when you screw it back together that you don't mis-align the thread the filter part. Apart from that, you just need to be flexible to get in there.

OE is $72.65 for a bloody filter, just did mine last week. An absolute PITA to change especially to get the bolt closest to the engine block back in. Lot's of deep breaths ;)
