Here's my project its a little money pit iv'e been working on for nearly 3 yrs now. Been through so many evolutionary stages up till now. think im finally getting it to were i want it to be.
Built this vechicle for trail driving and rock crawling.

1.6 ltr g16b baleno motor
spoa on dihatsu scat springs (few leaves removed for added flex)
chassis extension on rear, added 320mm
wheelbase to 94"
reinforced rear diff with custom hi tough axles, auto locker and 4.6:1 geras.
frount diff fitted with arb air locker, chromoly axles and cv's and 4.6:1 gears.
drop shackles with extended brake lines and custom shock mounts.
series 4 rockhopper transfercase with customised hilux rear tailshaft.
4 point internal cage
rock sliders
heavy duty home made winch bar with t max 9000lb low mount and duel battery system.
under body armour.
Zook evil twin stick in the transfer case
33" delta mud trac on 15*8 30mm offset rims.
ghetto 5 colour paint code(gotta fix that when the bank permits)
Arriving soon: bush wacker flares
custom soft top made

have ya had it out playing much? How much more do ya have to do before trials?
I got my 6.5's in now! :armsup: and 31's just need a B/L and a rear locker and ill be set.
Do you have any pics of how you extended the chassis and braced it? And are you still going auto?

Hey mitch didn't realise that it was u. Mate i got all the photo's of the build up from start to where it is now. gonna post them as a build up when i figure out how to. U maybe able to talk to graham bout that lockrite as he'll be the new owner of it this week and its alredy set up for the rear. Gonna try gettin the paint finished for trials and a few little gremlins sorted so she''ll be reliable+try and get as much seat time as i can before then. the auto got put in the to hard basket :cry:

Hope you got it all soughted for this Sunday!! Looks like i will be taking the family bus as Daffy still not running quite right. Just have to limit my play. Looking real good fella. It has come a long way thats for sure.

Graham have you worked out how much it'll cost too fix the air locker you've got? i just want too know how much you'll sell the lock-rite for?
I got my body lift kit today, going in saturday! got extended brakelines, tailshaft spacer etc coming from states, but prob wont be here till monday :(
Cant wait all im needing is the rear locker an im pretty well set.

ALSO: Plan on building a longy soon too!! luxs, 1.6 EFI ute chopped shorty cab, etc
So my little zooky might be up for sale soon.
