Spring over axle question

Post by tuff 45 »

Im springing over a 40 series cruiser and was wondering how many leafs you leave in the spring packs and which ones are the best to leave in for wheel travel.

Thanks.

with a spring over your going to get alot of flex regardless.

Try removing maby the 1st or 1st and 2nd smallest leaves.

I removed the shortest load bearing leaf on mine. Had decent flex and no issues with axle wrap either.

With a decent wrap bar I might remove an extra leaf or two but flex is over-rated anyway. :D
