i got a 2 inch body lift and wanted to no what i should pay to get it in stalled if i supply the lift, they aunt lifting the bumper just every thing else, i got a quote for 450 and was wondering if thats a ripoff or not and what i should pay? or and its a 97 Suzuki sierra coily.

$70 and hour at least, say 6 hours, $420. I'd say you are about right.
For a suzuki nut, it would take alot less time as you know exactly how everything works. May be you could put a post in the wanted section asking for someone to help fit a body lift and put up a price somewhere in the middle of $0 and $450 + beer. Is the kit a 'Just Cruizin' kit?

yer he hadent done a suzuki befor only biger trucks like patrols, said it would be 75 an hour and probaly take 6 hours, i havent got the body lift yet but im getting it of just cruzen this month.
even for the not mechanically minded its not a mission. you surely could do it yourself if you take your time. Zook bodylifts are probably the simplest you will come across. Have any mates that are into 4bys? where abouts are you located?
im at south west rocks (near kempsey) iv got a couple of mates that are in to them but there more the chuck it in and hope it works kinda guys i like doing things properly the first time.
have a read through the instructions when you get it and follow them on that car. find the bits and pieces it talks about and you will get a pretty good idea of how simple it really is.
Just Cruzin's bodylift kit is piss easy to fit and the instructions were easy to follow. Make sure you get a steering spacer off him as well. I've never done a Sierra one before and it took me all of about 3 hours with a trolley jack. Only thing I still have to do is remove the rubber boots over the gear sticks and modify them as it slips out of 2nd,4th and low range
Does Just Cruz'in do body lift kits for Grand Vitara's 99 LWB? If so where can I get one and how much should I pay?
I've done the usual google searches and have come up with nothing.
Not worried about having it fitted, I'll do that myself, just cant seem to find a good kit.
this may be a little off topic but i went to suzisport on the weekend and i was recomanded not installin a body lift as it cracks out the body were the blocks sit after a few years has anyone got any idears about this or have experianced it??
I should be fitting a 2" body lift to my 99 LWB GV in the next few weeks,
