I'd use a snake racing hilux kit and a custom drag link (?)

Whitey - bit of a hike for you being in bunbury - but talk to Brian at Suzistore in Midland - 9250 4650 - he designed an awesome hi-steer to suit my zuk which is 100% engineered and legal here in WA... which not many other places can boast about.

the whole kit cost about $425or something... this doesnt include the tie rod. Only cost me $40 bucks or something to get the steel required. He doesnt send this because of the lenght, the freight $ would be heaps more. I got heaps of other stuff with my order, but freight should only be $100 or so.. takes around 5-7 days to get here. Send him an email... his more than happy to help!! Just gotta tell him its for a right hand drive :)
