Post by Tomo_89 »

Just wondering has anyone ever made any interior bits out of sheet metal? do you have any issues with them vibrating and rattling?

sheet metal dash is 100% legal as long as there is padding in certain areas. Vinyl covering 5mm of eva foam is all that is needed. Just don't remove an SRS airbag dash.

my floor and centre console is all sheet. with an additional sheet switch panel between the seats.

the dash isnt sheet but if rust continues it may end up like that.
