Early 100 Series Chasis differences & bull bars

Post by piperchau »

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a difference in the ARB bar that is fitted to the live axle 100 series with airbags an the model without ? Will an airbag compatible bar bolt up to a non airbag car ?

Ta,

Live axle is known unofficailly as a 105 series. eg HZJ105

Chassis is different to 100 series

Airbag - I *believe* the mounts are different - but not sure on that.

ARB catalogue lists only one bar in each type for designation "Live axle front models to 10/02" EXCEPT under heading of commercial winch bar
where they have live axle front 10/02 on and non SRS live axle front to 10/02 but not sure if that means they are different mountings as there is a little add on that each suits a different winch , the first one suits low mounts and the second high mounts.
