i sold all my gq's a while ago, and just brought a surf manily cos it was dirt cheap, its 2.4 td and auto, now what are my first mods? how do i riase it? how cheap is it? what is the max size tyres i can run without it going too slow? what year model hilux parts fit it ?

ha ha, it will go slow on standard tyres!

yeah it will allways be slow. my first modds where 2 inch lift rear coils as mine where stock saged one's and a 2 inch body lift to fit some 33x12.5's under it and took the sway bars off so it would move abit better off road. head over to the surf forums there is a heep of info on there that will help you out

and price rear coils are around $200 i think unsure on body lift as i made it myself for $46
