Someone in a thread I now can't find wanted a pic of a heavy duty front cv and shaft next to a stock one , after someone posted a toy one . Well I had them out tonight so took a pic .
Its a 413 shaft and thats a samerai h/d one hence its a bit longer
Cheers
Chris
Bit of a dig to add some pics. Shortside TT Doubletough vs standard WT sierra front axle. Hopefully help some others as a reference. If somebody in Brissy has a lux axle sitting around let me know and we'll get some comparo pics.
Whats the story with the inbuilt stress riser right behind the splines on the cro-mo jobbers ? I would have thought that was the worst possible place to put something like that.
" If governments are involved in the covering up the knowledge of aliens, Then they are doing a much better job of it than they do of everything else "
I was looking at that also , mine do not have this . Just a straight bar with the splines cut in one end .
Looking at the increased size thou it probably is not an issue .
