Hey Guys,
I have 93 disco 3.5lt V8 on LPG which has a tendency to creep up in temperature when it is on the freeways. The needle moves up to 3/4's.
I have had the radiator flushed and unblocked, now it still wants to creep a little over half?
Is this normal? or could there be any other issue? I was thinking of taking out the thermostat but not sure if that will will fix the problem or if taking it out will cause other problems?
Any help would be much appreciated.

I second others opinions, change the thermostat.
Very possible. If you look in through the grille and it looks full of crap, then its not helping. Pulling two small driving lights off the bar on mine made a bit of difference to temperature, and the condenser covers a lot more of the radiator. Pull the radiator and grille out, and wash the condenser out from both sides with a hose. Don't use heaps of pressure, as you'll likely bend all the fins flat, just rinse it out.
