Hey Nam, we think we have the base unit pretty much right now.
We haven't progressed much with the air actuated pin but we have a new model for my car which is designed to have the ram mounted. Stay tuned for that one.
We certainly have the base unit if your cousin is interested.
The problem we have is with logistics, Big Baz my partner in crime is getting a lathe soon and this will make supplying all the different swaybar diameters so much easier. We just get 10 blanks made up by our CNC machinist then Baz can bore out the correct swaybar diameter and then it is sent out for nitriding.
He should see this post and will probly reply as well.
It is a very worthwhile mod whatever disconnect you use, I ditched my rear swaybar long ago and offroad with the front disconnected it's sooo smooth I still can't believe it not to mention the handy extra wheel travel (2-3")

It started as Paj specific but we found it will fit a variety of vehicles most notably Jeep Wranglers, Disco's, Cruisers, Jackeroos or any swaybar that has a straight section between each mount. It is an alternative to the end link disco's if you are not worried about cutting your swaybar to insert the unit in.

On a related note, the new Porsche Cayenne (4WD) has cockpit-controlled disconnects for both front and rear swaybars.
With 0-100 in 5.6 for a 2-tonne vehicle you'd want pretty big swaybars on it! The Cayenne also has a 1:45 (!!!!!) low range reduction and a rear locker option.
I reckon we'll see them up Rocky Track, dressed up with 35"" muddies and snorkels in no time.
