Just wondering if any one knows how many lift blocks i need to make for my 83 Sierra.
I don't want to make 10 only to find when i have it up in the air i need 11.

I assume it will be 8... there should be 2 near the bumper at each end and 2 near the wheel arch at each end in the middle.
They're normally quite easy to spot if you look.
Somewhere like iZook.com whil probably have photos of how to do it if you need help.
