do the later model jimnys come out with power steering? has anyone modded up a power steering kit for them? if so how and how much did it cost?

It's a bolt in if you have a Jimny with manual steer. It will cost lots though. I've heard as high as $1500 for all the bits. That's because it also bolt in to a sierra - keeps the price up.

to do the power steer mod, what do you need?? what is the full bolt on kit for a sierra/jimny power steer? arms, motor, box what??

Basically it's pump, lines, reservoir and box.

Arms/links stay the same.

not anymore, bill has finally clicked on that they are worth heaps and now charges $1100, he has 2 kits there now.

you will also need a crank double pulley from either a vitara or sierra coily or from the jimny or space the g13bb brackets or use the vitara bracket to line up the belts..
