Prado / Hilux IFS drive shafts

Post by turps »

Have some mates at work (one has a Prado, the other a 2002 turbo Hilux single cab). On the front IFS drive shafts there is a plastic boot over a uni. Is it possible to replace this with a different boot ie rubber. That would be stronger. As the Prado has just had a boot replaced including new unis and the boot on the other side looks to be knackered.
