personally i'd go hilux diffs. and going leaves is a step backwards, and not a good mix if your going to leave the rear with coils.

A leaf spring has less steering components. WTF
Either way, your going to need the same parts, tie-rod, draglink, suitable TRE's to match, steering box, etc etc.

Personally if you were going to the trouble of a SAS on a vit, you may as well go coils at the same time. Not that there is anything wrong with leaves.

There is less work in my opinion in setting up the coils than the leaves (depending you know exactly what coils to use ) and in that instance if you were to do the work yourself as posted above contact Overkill and ask about purchasing a set of there coils to suit , or even on the front using late model Hilux front coils out of the IFS model ,they seem ok but mya be to heavy for a vitara sporting a 4cyl where if it was a V8 of sorts would be suit better

As for diffs I used 60 series Cruiser ( but I also initially bought the old OVERKILL SAS Vit) but removed the diffs and remade all new brkts other that coil mounts to suit my application
