stock height gu on 35's
like the heading suggests, can i put my 35 x 12.5" wheel on my stock height patrol, i got the lift in the shed but am going on a road trip (no 4wding) but wanted to put them on.my road tyres are buggered.
35" coopers scrubber the rear of the front gaurds on a 2" lifted GU patrol at full lock, rear would have been fine if you didnt flex up too much. so yes, im sure you could fit them, but you will ahve to trim the rear of the gaurd a bit, and then hoope you dont hit too many large bumps...
why not just pick up a set of cheap road tyres? people are always selling 31s cheap

if you push your diff forward 16mm it'll be fine and the scrubing under full flex on the rear is not worth worring about , the spacers only cost around $60 for both that way you wont have any scrubing on the front end at all and no trimming of the flare is needed .
if your going on a road trip its gunna suck running 35 with stock gearing
cheers jai
