CCDA MEMBERSHIP - STILL WAITING ON LICENCES ?

Ordered our ccda licences about a month and a half ago and the money has been taken out. still waiting on our licences. Trying to get hold of someone from ccda is near impossible. We need these for willowglen , can anyone shed some light on when these things are meant to come and whether if they don`t come in time we can still compete? will they have a list down at willowglen of financial members etc?

I payed up in March this year and have never gotten a card. As long as you're a payed up member you'll be right.

they will have a list of paid up members so it wont be a problem.

We were told that they had ran out of cards, but you should be able to get your CCDA membership number. They also told us there is a list for Willowglen and they will be there if you don't receive it prior to the comp.

I emailed CCDA and they emailed back my numbers. Someone else in our team said that they would have representatives there to join on the weekend, does anyone know if this is true?

I spoke with Andrew Norman on Monday and he said there will be CCDA guys there with listings of members so there won't be any problems if you have paid. but have no card. There is a tiny chance that they will have printed the cards by then.

The CCDA printed and despatched 336 cards in the last week of August. There were over 400 to be printed at this time. Unfortunately, we ran out of cards and have had to wait for new cards to be supplied. We currently have a membership of 540 members which is steadily growing. I am processing applications as fast as I can. Paul Lancaster (CCDA Secretary) and I will be attending the Willowglen Challenge. We will have up to date membership lists to verify membership. I will endeavour to produce the cards prior to the event but will more than likely bring them to the event and hand them out at registration. Like everyone else I have a job and other commitments and the job of registrar takes up a huge number of hours on a weekly basis.

Asking for membership numbers over the phone is difficult because I don't carry a membership list with me every minute of the day.

We will be accepting memberships at Willowglen. However, it would make the registration process at the event much quicker if you pay prior to the event. Membership forms can be faxed to (03) 9717 2322 with credit card details. Paul & I will be leaving on Thursday the 2nd of October so if you do post your membership form please ensure that we receive it no later than Wednesday the 1st. Based on last years entry list on 1/2 of the field are currently financial.
