what is the weight of your truck?
What accessories are you running?
budget? brands you do/dont want?
you can buy cheap, but theres every chance it wont suit your application.

You won't get a complete kit for a 4 inch lift for that price, even second hand. 4 inch lift requires panhards, brake lines, castor correction etc. Much more than just springs and shocks.
