hey

my GQ 92 4.2 efi wont idle duno why. how do i adjust this?

any help woujld be great

the easiest way is to take a 10mm and 12mm spanner and work your way down from the carby to the sump...pull it all apart and throw it away :roll:

find a LS2 or something similar and bolt that big daddy in :D

There is an idle air bleed at the rear of the manifold, but it is likely you have other issues if it dosen't idle, possibly an air leak from the throttle to Mass air sensor, incorrectly set TPS, manifold air leaks, etc, etc.... Check the basics.

mine was doing the same thing. I went over everything i could to find ANY sort of leak. and found nothing that fixed the problem.

I checked the battery. Topped up the levels. problem fixed.

it may be worth having a look at.
