LN106 body mounts for side steps.

Post by highwaychook »

Has anyone had any trouble using the body mounts when bolting on side steps? ie; are they strong enough? any failures etc...

I'm not sure whether to use the existing body mounts or to bolt to the chassis???

I know most that I have seen are chassis mounted.... It's an easy way out to bolt to the body mounts though....

Any feed back would be appreciated fellas.

For steps they are fine.
For sliders you want them chassis mounted.
