I've been trying to find out info on my Raider so I can do it up a little. I thought I had it all sorted. Then came the roundabouts and dead ends as to who made what. What I have found so far is;

Ford Raider = Ford Courier = Mazda B2600 = Mazda Proceed = Mazda Marvie. :roll:

Now for who made what. I thought that Mazda made the B2600 and thus the Ford Courier. I found a couple of sites that say Ford made the Mazda Proceed (B2600). Mitsu made the 2.6lt engine and the gearbox is made by Ford (don't know the model of the box but it is 14 ribbed).

What I would like to know is who made the transfer case and can the reduction gearing be made lower (anyone fabricate gears?) Also some Mazda "Marvie's" came out with a 3lt engine. Dose anyone know what this 3lt engine is and will it bolt to the Ford made box? :?
