We had a ball this weekend. Managed to get 3 good drives in this time which made the weekend quite enjoyable. Well done to all that had anything to do with the event. Overall series placings will be interesting, should be a few cars close together at the pointy end.

Yep Team Casper had a blast as well mate. I think we stired the pot a little with them Jeep boys over the 3 full rounds. (meant in a nice way as well ;) ) Great mob of people I have meet over the 3 rounds

Yep the pointy end will be close.
Bring on next year. Big thanks to all that helped.

Sadly, my 40 could not join us on this comp and will never see another comp in my ownership. Yet another string of minor issues to see it stay at home. Not enough time to make sure it is ready to go and there is always something wrong with it.

However a huge THANK YOU to Dean for letting me drive his Patrol over the weekend. I am still amazed he offered me the chance to drive it, let alone compete in it. First time I drove it ever was Track 1. What a truck, started each track 3 times, making it through the 1000 point mark 7 times over the weekend and they drove it home. Very impressive and has converted me.

A big Thank You to event organisers, officials and The Springs 4x4 park for putting on this event. I can't recommend the The Springs enough as a top place to camp and 4wd and get friendly service at the shop.

Saturday was great having the two classes running side by side in close proximitiy to each other, would have been great for that to be the same Sunday as it looks like we missed a heap of action at the other location, not complaining though Trophy class was going off.

Great weekend to all involved

Well we are finally recovered and have started processing the photos we took for Trophy Class.... Well Tim has anyway, Angie is going through her's tonight! Some of Tim's from track 1 are up on the site already.

Can be seen here... http://www.digitalstill.net/gallery2/ga ... emId=12133 for those interested. We have them sorted by car again and will add more every day as we process them. Will let you know when they are all up!

Thanks again everyone, you make our job so much fun, we love it!

Angie and Tim.
