Keyless Remote Reprogramming for 100 series

Post by Toy_Yoda »

G'day guys.

Can anyone tell me how to reprogram a remote for a 100 series please? (1999).
I have one that is working, but have bought another for a spare. It is an original Toyota remote, (teardrop), although my current one is rectangular.

If you think you may be able to help, and you need any more info, please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

Thank's for the replies, and the detailed info :) Ill have to print it and read through it. Hopefully I can figure it out as I'm a mechanical r@t&rd.

Scanning through this site reveals a lot of good blokes willing to help...if only the horsey world followed suit :)

All the best.

(Edit) I posted before I read it...do i really need to be tampering with the receiver? Isn't there one of them funky sequences that I've found for other cars?
