I am also in need of some help for the same conversion. If anyone has done it themselfs or if there is a thread already to paste the links, is it a straight swap or a few mods? any help would be apprecitiated as i am only new to the site

There's two reasons not to do this...

1,
5 speed (1.3) box uses a different bellhousing pattern and won't fit a One litre.

2,
A one litre doesn't make antywhere near enough power to use an overdrive gear.

If I were you guys I'd fit a 1.3 5 speed with the 1.3 motor and dump the One litre.
