fj40 P/Steer and Front Disc Conversion

would any1 know the exact parts i need and from what model cruiser to obtain them to complete a front disc conversion and installing power steering, whats the best way to do it and best parts to use without blowing the budget sky high. Any help would be great.

And you need 60 series disks and hubs. Here is a link to a guy on ebay who sells heeps of second hand 40, 60 and 75 series parts. Even if he does'nt have the parts you want listed on ebay, drop him an email or give him a call.

Also, you may have trouble finding a 55 series column, but last time I was up at LVS in silverdale they had a number of them. Give them a call and see if they can help you out. Another place that had alot parts for the conversion was all model 4wd spares in Revesby.

you could use a late 40 series front diff for front disk brakes.. would be a straight swap over... the knuckles on this diff would work for the 60 series upgrade too (ie, they take the 75series swival arms).

The diff is up here in brissy though so if you need more info let me know.
