this is the diff rotated and sitting how the triton t/c shft is. im going to run a hilux t/c so it will be normal way round,

How far is your project? It looks like you have the Toyota lux diff there for the convertion?

Would like to know what you did to get it fitted.

yeah mate its a first gen hilux front diff with a 4.88 diff centre, the axle tubes are going to get cut off and movened to the oppisite side to allow for triton t/c, will be a soa set up, and a custom draglink and 80 series pitman arm, wil keep pics comimng kk

nar the whole opperation will commence in 5 weeks again as in going on holiday and this is how its staying for that time,

motor is 2.6 astron 4cylinder and it will remain for the time being,

diff ratios will be locked 4.88 front and rear,

tyres will be 35 simex centipedes

all custom suspension shit, a copy so 2 speak of tg hilux kit

not 2 sure mate, just no that 4.88 will make the 4 cylinder love me as its not struglling to turn 35s

ok well ive got 4.625s in the paj, dunno if its the same in the triton but if it is, 4.88 might not be enough

I've got 4.85's in my 2.5 Diesel Paj and the engine is working hard just pushing 33" Pedes on the road. Off road is ok but reduction gears would be nice.
