I would be keen to try the EFS's next, cause my T/D's are just about rooted, the adjusters either keep moving around on trips or jam up where they are set, just cant seem to keep the muck out of em, I like the idea of a seeled, no nonsence, self valved long travel shocky at a reasonable price, can't wait to see what the others have to say........

procomp is my choice as they are tuff, strong, valved right for me and are non adjustable so no stuffing around with them. Had them in my disco and now have them in my GQ and they are great.
I have had EFS before and found them too hard, esp in the rear.

Those rears that Bogged has posted. Want be 90series, as last time I checked they dont make a 90series rear. So they will be 88series which are alot cheaper.
88series front got cooked by going for a short drive (now most of use wouldn't drive that hard), 90series didn't even get warm. Well thats the story I was told.

I bought a set of TDs second hand and so far I'm happy with them.
As for the adjusters, it's not that hard to just take them off every now and then and clean out the grit + spray some WD40 on the mechanism.

Another vote for the EFS, to be honest for most people who arent racing, competing or whatever if u fit a shock and never have troubles their good. I cant tell the difference anyway, from using dobinsons, OME, or EFS extremes (on my current ute) fully loaded over corrugations, rough tracks etc, no difference, no overheating or failures ever.
What sort of travel can you get out of the Koni's?
TDs are working swell for me at the moment, floated like marshmellows over the corri's last week up the cape ! But they have only been in the truck for 3 weeks .
Ive been told to pull the adjusters off and repack with grease so they dont freeze up. (on the to do list)
IMO if they didn't have the internal bump stops they would be better (more travel).
Haven't tried EFS yet.

i have toughdogs, only because i got the kit at a steal, imo the adjuster is wank factor, incab adjuster is bigger wank factor, and for what its worth, they are very over priced, handle heat well , but are very stiff, rebound is sloppy on fast hits due to this stiffness, my vote is for efs as ill be changing to extremes when i can afford it

for the couple of days my Rancho kit incab worked, it was awesome.
